Ferdinand Dölberg, born in 1998 in Eisenach, Germany, studied fine art at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) under Prof. Thomas Zipp until 2024. Dölberg’s works explore questions regarding his own position within social structures, interpersonal relationships, and individuality. Fictional figures, mask-like faces, and absurd body forms, as well as shifting gender identities, are the main themes of his paintings and drawings.
Jan Koslowski, born in Rostock and raised in Berlin, is an author, director, and actor. He studied theater directing at the Academy of Performing Arts Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg and at the Zurich University of the Arts, as well as theology at Humboldt University in Berlin. As a director, he has worked at numerous renowned theaters in German-speaking countries, including the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, Schauspiel Frankfurt, the Münchner Volkstheater, the Schauspielhaus Graz, the Neumarkt Theater in Zurich, and the Deutsche Oper Berlin. In addition to his work as a director, he regularly performs as an actor on stage and in front of the camera. As an author, he published his prose debut »Rabauken« with Korbinian Verlag in 2020, followed by the children’s book »NÖ«. In 2025, his short film »La Passarella di Amelie« was invited to compete for the Max Ophüls Prize. Jan Koslowski lives and works in Marseille and Berlin.
